Kelly Hansard

After graduating from The University of Texas in 2013, Kelly Hansard worked for Schlumberger, where she learned about the industry and was able to put her knowledge to good use. She then took on a position with WSP USA as a project engineer and hydrogeologist. Kelly’s four years of college education were well spent, and she was able to use her knowledge and skills to benefit the company.

After working at WSP USA for a couple of years, Kelly decided it was time to return to higher education. She pursued her Master’s degree in Business Administration at The University of Texas at Austin. Kelly was very focused on education, and she was able to graduate in 2020. Kelly started looking for a role that would allow her to continue working with technology and business. She found a position at BMC Software as a Senior Program Manager. She has held this position ever since she obtained her latest degree.

As a strategic initiatives manager for an enterprise software company, Kelly Hansard can help the organization with its various initiatives. She is also able to learn from her superiors. Kelly is passionate about helping the company’s employees grow and is always willing to provide feedback whenever needed. Throughout her career, Kelly has acquired new skills and knowledge.

Even though she has a lot of knowledge that she can use in her professional endeavors, Kelly can still find educational opportunities to take advantage of. She is a fan of continuous learning, and she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and attending master classes. One of her favorite methods of learning is traveling, as she has been able to explore the world around her thoroughly. She is also inspired by how people around the world live, and she believes there is so much more to the world.
